I am SO gonna win!

That's right, folks. Today (well, let's call it all Monday even though it's early Tuesday AM) was an 8,000 word day. I'm at 43,117, which means I have just about 7000 words left to write before I am an Official Winner. Woohoo!!!!

The bad news is it doesn't look like I'm going to be at the end of the actual story when I reach 50K. But that's all right. I just want to make sure I get to 50k legitimately and on my own steam.
